Policy:
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before the date of arrival, will only be refunded if the room can be re booked, less $20 cancellation fee. It is advised that travellers take out adequate insurance to cover and any unforseen delays.

A booking is not secured until you receive a confirmation from Willow Point. Once you receive this it is the guest's responsibility to read it and ensure data is correct and details are acceptable or inform Willow Point immediately of any concerns, errors or omissions. We now take credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD for payment)
